The control panel is flashing and ice flap opens and closes exactly like i have read on this post. Worst case is there is insufficient power to pull in the relays that do things like start the compressor that keeps the fridge cold with the obvious end results to the meat in your freezer. Started cycling cooling on and off quickly.
